Event Coordinator - Virtual

Responsible for assisting the meeting and event operations team in coordinating the participant enrollment process.

Role and Responsibilities:
• Assist with registration site content and testing
• Manage all aspects of Cvent or other internet-based program registration
• Provide customer service to clients and participants
• Travel onsite to manage registration and assist travel staff as needed
• Create all participant emails for approval and delivery
• Create and manage all aspects of registration reporting
• Create and manage post-program survey
• Manage all participant payments if required
• Manage rooming list/updates with hotel
• Manage airline reports/updates with air partner
• Facilitate pre-event mailings for participants and on-site travel staff
• Problem solving for participants
• Assist Program Manager with other duties as requested

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3 years of industry experience
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Cvent experience required
• Customer service skills both verbal and written
• Ability to work flexible hours and travel on programs (20%-30%)
• Ability to work virtually with little supervision
