Slacking on the posts but not on the fish!

Wild day. From jumping a tarpon to putting exactly 20 redfish in the boat and loosing a few more. Only one of the 20 redfish was under 26inches. Also had a giant hammerhead checking us out and even taste tested the prop, powerpole, and trolling motor.

Today was a day I just had to share. I had the pleasure taking this young boy out fishing with his dad and grandpa. First cast of the day he caught a 37”snook followed by a 33” snook his dad caught. He then caught two more giants, a 38” and a 35”. It was an insane big snook bite. When we get back to the dock his dad says thank you and explains his son is a little quiet and emotional today and that his uncle was the one who taught him to fish and was his fishing buddy and happened to pass away last night, they almost canceled the trip to head home but decided to fish this morning first. Today was a day I’m sure he will never forget and is the reason I love what I do!
