Enjoy our newly furnished 19th penthouse level (top floor) 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in beautiful South Seas (a 55 acre secure gated community) offering magnificent views of Crescent Beach and Marco Island from the over sized balconies. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom 2 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Both bedrooms and the living room have sliding doors that lead to the over sized lanai and all have magnificent views of Crescent Beach and the ocean. The master bath and guest bath are full baths quartz vanity tops and tiled showers. Note: The condo is equipped to sleep 6 people and there is a maximum occupancy of 7 people per unit per South Seas regulations. Our condos are newly furnished and offer free wireless internet. The kitchen has quartz counter tops and is equipped with stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, toaster, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), and blender. There are 3 flat screen televisions (master, guest and living room), all linens and towels (kitchen, bath, and beach), beach chairs, cooler, beach umbrella, beach cart, and beach toys. The balcony has comfortable chairs, a chaise lounger and a dining table for reading, relaxing, and napping. The South Seas property has a heated pool, picnic/grilling area, fitness facility, covered parking, clay tennis courts, pickleball courts, laundry facilities on each floor, and 24 hour gated security. There are casual and fine dining restaurants nearby, many offering on the water seating. South Seas offers access to 2 beaches...Crescent Beach with beautiful white sand perfect for a long walk or relaxing in a chair with a good book and Tigertail Beach, which is great for shelling. Tigertail Beach is on the great birding trail and has also been named by Coastal Living magazine as one of the 5 Top Secret Beaches in the world! It is serene, peaceful, and beautiful. There are places nearby that rent jet skis or offer parasailing. Several golf courses are also located near Marco Island and Naples. Downtown Naples is 18 miles away with great shopping and dining. Everglades National Park and Everglades City is a short drive (about 40 minutes) and offer air boat and swamp buggy tours (grassland and mangrove) as well as viewing alligators and many different wading birds in the wild. Our property is managed by a property manager on Marco island, who provides around the clock service to answer any questions or maintenance concerns should they arise during your stay.
