IRONWOOD - Considered one of the world’s toughest races, the Red Bull 400 is returning to the iconic 35-degree, 470-foot ski flying hill at Copper Peak in Ironwood after a six-year hiatus. The event has been held at Copper Peak twice before, in 2018 and 2019. The popular spring race is scheduled for May 10 this year. More than 800 participants from all over the globe are expected to start at the bottom and race 400 meters uphill to the top of the largest artificial ski jump tower in the world. The nearly vertical race challenges athletes speed and endurance. Find out more about the race and register at redbull.com. Gogebic Community College in Ironwood announced on Facebook that they have several students that will compete in the race.

I think it's safe to say sled season is officially over unless we get a wild UP snow storm... it was a great year hosting some really amazing groups! We officially hit T W E N T Y 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 reviews and I'm beyond proud of that. One of our last guests said "You are rocking this gig! Thanks so much and we sure appreciate your sense of humor with our shenanigans"
That right there is what we always wanted to create; a place people come back to year after year and become friends. 👏 🎉

McKabe and little man are out checking trail status around the rental. We got some wet heavy snow (8-12inches around our house) and it's still coming down ❄️ We are booked tomorrow-Sunday we will see what next week brings...

Sometimes Spring gives you a warm up so you bring out the beaters and have some fun with friends! They are calling for 8-12inches Tue&Wednesday we will see what mother nature decides ❄️ Hopefully we can enjoy some more miles on beautifully groomed trails!

We got at least 8+ inches of fresh ❄️ and everything has been getting groomed and holding up great in our system. Let the March bookings begin 🙌
