Hard to believe it’s been a year.
One year ago, we were finishing this martial arts studio build-out at Tuxedo Festival in Buckhead.
What made this project special wasn’t just the construction — it was the relationships behind it.
The tenant, Stephen Chun of Chun's Martial Arts, had already found the space when we reconnected. As it turns out, the location happened to be within an EDENS property we’ve worked in for many years — a great example of how long-term partnerships come full circle.
The build itself included:
✔ Glass-walled office overlooking the training floor
✔ Exposed ceiling and coordinated ductwork
✔ Polished concrete walk zones surrounding tenant-installed mats
✔ Sound mitigation installed prior to framing to protect neighboring tenants
Opening a studio takes vision and commitment. We were proud to help bring the physical space together — and even prouder to see it operating successfully one year later.
