Emma had an absolute blast today riding on the Marietta Trolley Tour! 🚋✨

She said her favorite part was the experience of the ride itself — feeling the fun of riding a charming old trolley through town. But what really made the day special was seeing the beautiful Castle 🏰 and hearing fascinating stories about Mound Cemetery, one of the most historic sites in the area.

This tour is perfect for kids ages 5 and up — it’s not just a ride; it’s a living history lesson! Emma loved learning about Marietta, the first permanent settlement in the Northwest Territory, and recognized some of the stories she has learned in school.

Grab your friends, kayak, and lights to help us light up the Muskingum! 🌟 We will paddle roughly 2 miles to the takeout by Boathouse BBQ.

Arrive at the Indian Acres Boat ramp between 8:00 and 8:30PM and get lit with our own DJ leading up to the group launch at 9PM. The DJ will also be on the river during the paddle!

NOTE: All kayaks must have a white light that is visible from 360⁰ and PFDs are required.
