Next week, the Marietta riverfront will come alive for the 50th Annual Ohio River Sternwheel Festival, and this milestone year is set to be bigger, bolder and more unforgettable than ever.

Three days of live entertainment. Riverfront festivities. Family fun. Sternwheelers. A spectacular fireworks show. And the unmistakable energy of a community coming together to celebrate a tradition that has been part of Marietta for half a century.
With America’s 250th anniversary also being celebrated this year, there’s even more reason to make your way to the river.
