🚨🚨 OPEN 🚨🚨 The Waterfront Breeze Retreat is set up for both quiet getaways and outdoor fun. Relax on the upper deck with patio seating and gather on the lower-level outdoor dining area with a grill and firepit. Kayaks are available to explore the water, or you can put your toes in the sand and take in the view. Catch a beautiful sunset from the floating dock!
This two-story sleeps 9 in 3 queen bedrooms with ample closet space and stylish furnishings and 1 room with a twin over full bunk bed and kids activity area. The main level bedroom opens to a large upper deck, and the lower walk out level has 3 more bedrooms and family room with a pull out couch.The lower level also has a coffee bar and mini fridge, so guests don’t have to go far for their morning brew.
The kitchen is fully equipped with pots and pans, toaster, dual coffee pot and all major appliances including a dishwasher. Washer and dryer are available for guests and there is an additional sink and toilet on the main level in the laundry room. There are 4 smart TVs throughout the home, plus dining/family game night space on each level. Games and books are in the main level closet along with a small laptop area or vanity space.
Home is located on a one acre lot at the Lake of Egypt with nearby boat rentals, live weekend entertainment and restaurants within a short drive.
