Guests have private access to the entire 1.5 acre property - the cottage, outdoor spaces including open deck for grilling, 6 person aqua jet whirlpool bath, Adirondack chairs on 500+ feet of river frontage, easy access to the river for fishing or wading, copper firepit (split wood provided), picnic table, hammock, level side yard for croquet, bocce ball, three Nel Lusso cruise bikes (helmets not provided). Guests also have access to a pole style barn building with ping pong table and comfortable seating. Hosts will provide trail maps for guests interested in hiking/walking neighboring 240 acres which boast spectacular mountain views and woodlands trails.
