Registration is now open for our Annual Chamber Golf Classic on Friday, October 9! We invite you to join us for one of the Chamber's most anticipated events of the year, bringing together local businesses, community leaders, and golf enthusiasts for a day of networking, fun, and friendly competition.

We will have two flights available:

Morning Flight

Check-In & Breakfast: 7:00 AM – 8:00 AM
Tee Off: 8:30 AM
Afternoon Flight

Check-In & Lunch: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
Tee Off: 1:30 PM

Captain's Choice Format
Four-person teams
Green fees included
Golf cart provided
Access to practice balls and course

Each registered golfer will receive:

Swag bag filled with promotional items from Chamber businesses
Complimentary beverage and snack cart service throughout the tournament
Breakfast (Morning Flight participants)

Western North Carolina is in Raleigh.

This May, 84 business and community leaders representing 14 Chambers of Commerce from across WNC came together with one shared purpose: advocating for the future of our mountain communities and strengthening North Carolina’s economy.

The discussions focused on workforce, childcare, housing, infrastructure, energy, innovation, and long-term disaster recovery. Nearly 10 months after Hurricane Helene, recovery remains an ongoing reality for many Western North Carolina businesses and communities.

One thing is clear: WNC is strongest when we work together and speak with a united voice. Regional collaboration and advocacy matter.

Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Their sacrifice made our freedoms possible, and their courage will never be forgotten.
This Memorial Day, the McDowell Chamber of Commerce honors those who served with valor and gave everything for the greater good. May we carry their legacy forward through service, unity, and gratitude within our community.
