June 6 is a U.S. Forest Service fee-free day in celebration of National Trails Day, providing no cost use of all standard amenity recreation sites on national forests and grasslands.

With both Sierra National Forest and Stanislaus National Forest found in Mariposa County, it's another great reason to get outside and explore local trails, enjoy the outdoors, and celebrate the places that make our region special.

We’re feeling grateful this week! πŸ’›

Our team had a great time celebrating National Travel and Tourism Week in the parade and we’re honored to have taken home Best Float! πŸ†

Thank you to the judges, the Mariposa County Chamber of Commerce & Visitor Center, Mariposa Butterfly Festival organizers, and all the amazing volunteers who made it such a special weekend. Events like this are what make our community shine. We even had visitors from South Korea stop by and take pictures with our float!

We loved seeing so many of you along the parade route and thank you for joining in this celebration of our community spirit. πŸ¦‹
