Casting for these fish is my all time favorite and our 21 foot crestliner is dialed in for this exact purpose.

Hooked 7 fish today took 3 home for the fryer.

The fishing has been consistent and we will continue to get out when weather allows.

Definitely the smoked belly dip was on point and the star of the show. Pan seared a few brown trout in garlic butter and fresh squeezed lemon

Recipe below for our smoked belly dip:

1. Smoked belly always lake superior browns or salmon only never lake trout we dont save laker bellies.
2. Cream cheese
3. dried chives and dill
4. kosher salt crushed
5. fresh squeezed lemon
6. White pepper optional.
