Fall is one of our favorite times to be on the French Broad River.

The summer crowds have thinned, the temperatures are cooler, and the mountains surrounding the river are beginning to put on their annual color show. It’s like daytime fireworks without the noise and smoke! From the water, you get a completely different perspective on the mountains than you do from a scenic overlook or hiking trail.

French Broad Adventures' fall season runs through October 29th. There's still time to get on the river!
