We decided to tack on 2 nights in Oregon before our Alaskan cruise! It helped us get acclimated to the time difference prior to our cruise and also allowed me to check off another state!

The travel agency I work for is celebrating their 5th Anniversary today! On a whim, I responded to a post the agency owners made in a Disney Facebook group saying they were looking to hire agents. So I officially joined the agency in April of 2022.
Since then, I have helped close to 100 families plan magical vacations. I have been a top seller for 2023 and 2024. And I have met so many incredible people/fellow agents!

There is a famous quote by Walt Disney that says: I hope we never lose sight of one thing; that it was all started by a mouse! Discovering the Magic travel was started by two friends with a love for Disney and a dream! So my hope today, on the 5th anniversary of that dream becoming a reality,is that no one ever forgets that most great things start with a dream! It’s National Travel Advisor Appreciation Day!
But it is me who is appreciative of all of you! To anyone who has ever given me the privilege of helping you and your family plan a trip, know that you have supported me in doing something I truly love! Helping plan trips for others brings me as much joy as being there myself!
We didn’t really travel much growing up. My first time at Disney was on my honeymoon. My first cruise was when I was nearly 40 years old! When I think of all I have been able to see and do in my adult life, I am truly humbled and oh so blessed!
