Load up and head out to find fun items at community sales including the annual Junk in the Trunk event at Pioneer Park (Sat., 9 am to 1 pm), and community sales at the Martinsville First United Methodist Church (Sat., 9 am to 3 pm), Spirit of Life Church (Fri & Sat, 8 am to 3 pm) and Morgantown United Methodist Church (Sat., 8 am to 3 pm).

Who loves the board game Clue? It's coming to the stage at the Martinsville High School Auditorium this weekend, April 25-27. If you're looking for something fun to do, hit up a local eatery and take in a show! Show times are Friday and Saturday at 7 pm and Sunday at 3 pm. Did you make it out to see the daffodil gardens at Link Observatory over the weekend? If not, don't worry - you still have time! The gardens are open each weekend in April, from 10 am to 4 pm. Representatives from the Morgan County Master Gardeners and the Indiana Astronomical Society are on hand to answer questions about the gardens and the observatory.

"Hoppy" Saturday! 🐇
Don't forget to bring the kids to see Figaro: The Bunny of Seville at the Morgan County Public Library beginning at 10:30 am, then hop on over to the Martinsville Candy Kitchen to meet the Easter Bunny from 11 am to 1 pm and 3 to 5 pm. Both events are FREE!

Can't make it this weekend? The Easter Bunny will make a second visit to the Martinsville Candy Kitchen next Saturday, April 19 at the same times. 🐰

Friday, April 11, the Art Sanctuary of Indiana will host their monthly 2nd Friday Open Studios Night with on-site refreshments from Kadi Mae featuring hot and cold coffee, tea and more! This month's featured exhibition in the main gallery will be the MSD of Martinsville Youth Art Show. Resident artists will also be on hand in their studios for shopping and conversation.

Calendar updates!

The Early Explorers Expo event at Old Town Waverly Park originally scheduled for this past Saturday has a NEW DATE of May 10.

The BIGGEST Music Bingo Ever event from Cedar Creek Martinsville and Black Dog Brewing Company will be POSTPONED until September 6.

No word yet on a new date for Maple Syrup Day at Bradford Woods, but keep watching for that!

Happy Wednesday! Here's our weekly list of fun things to do around Morgan County this weekend. Cruise-in on the Square returns on Thursday, Friday is Open Studios Night at the Art Sanctuary of Indiana, Saturday catch Figaro: The Bunny of Seville at the Morgan County Public Library, visit with the Easter Bunny himself at the Martinsville Candy Kitchen, then enjoy live music at Cedar Creek Martinsville or Frenchy’s Pub and dirt track racing at Paragon Speedway. Finally, relax on Sunday with an afternoon performance at Cedar Creek Martinsville.
