My husband and I started this little house with a dream of helping me be home with our son and creating more intentional time together ✨ at the time I was in a job that I was NOT thriving in, ultimately ending me in the hospital for stress/stomach ulcers😣

This was always about more than building a tiny house. 🥹🤍

My husband started Little River Tiny House with the hope that it could help me leave my job and be home with our som. We wanted more intentional time together, and this little house was our way of working toward that dream.

On October 23, 2020, we welcomed our very first guest Levi Kelly ❤️‍🔥 and between all the blood,sweat, tears, and prayers AND Levi’s insane tour video.. the rest is history🥹

Now, almost six years later, we’ve gotten to share this little corner of the river with couples and families making memories of their own. That means so much to us.😭

To everyone who has stayed, shared our place, or cheered us on—thank you for being part of our family’s story. ✨

Tim & Lindsey, thank you so much for the kind words and for taking the time to write this in our guest book. 😭 I don’t even have the proper words to respond but I am so thankful you guys felt exactly what we hoped and prayed for as we built the tiny house. Our goal was for couples to be able to unplug and reconnect, and for there to be a feeling when you walked in. A feeling of peace and a feeling that you can’t quite explain. If you’ve been here, hopefully you know what I’m talking about ✨

I’m so incredibly grateful for the couples and keep booking nights and weekends away with us. It truly means more than you guys will ever know. 🥹😭

On hard days, when you feel like you’re behind…. Reading something like this is so reassuring and ignites a new excitement! So thank you 🥹💛

ALSO- we plan to start spending a lot more time over here on this page! And will be sharing a mix of behind the scenes of his builds… the good, the bad, and the ugly! 😅 AND also our favorite spots…. To eat, drink and adventure in East Tennessee area 👏🏼🧡 (adventures, custom itineraries for your trip, etc)
