Bucket List road trip took us to an Alaskan Cruise. Last night our extended family enjoyed a meal onboard the Holland America Koningsdam ship in the Pinnacle Restaurant. The clothesline bacon was AMAZING!

Well, I am onboard the Holland America Koningsdam in Vancouver and I found bread pudding! It is fair to say it is a good bread pudding, not the best I have ever had, but good enough to indulge daily. Can't wait to meet everyone on thr ship for my new book launch in Iowa's Unique Eateries!

I have been to Grand Teton National Park several times and not seen the mountains (due to rain or smoke)- Yesterday was incredible and the horses made it extra beautiful.

Day 3 of this Road Trip seeing all AMAZING America Bucket List places on our way to Vancouver, BC... Yesterday was wonderful and as EPIC as you would expect.

We left Steamboat Sorings, CO, and drove to Dinoasaur National Monument - it had been around 25 years since we had been there, and we were impressed. The petroglyphs, picnic at the cabin where Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kids would have hid out, dinosaur bones, and beautiful scenery made our day a winning day. On to the Flaming Gorge Rec Area- as incredible as we expected

Our journey continues!

I highly recommend hiking the short hike to the Old East Entrance in Theodore Roosevelt National Park in Medora Area Convention & Visitors Bureau - Not sure why, but this was the first time we checked it out. It is really cool to see where this entrance was and the building that remains today
