Tired of paying Airbnb and VRBO fees just to book an incredible stay? Same. So we fixed it.
allyearroundyurt.com is now live.
Here's why it matters: Between VRBO and Airbnb, platforms take 8-15.5% of every booking. We think that money should stay in your pocket, not theirs.
Direct booking means:
✅ Lower rates for you
✅ Direct communication with us
✅ Same 5.0 experience, zero platform markups

July 4th weekend is in the books. Fireworks, laughter, hot tub nights, and guests who didn't want to leave. Exactly what this place was built for. 🎆
But we've been working on something behind the scenes.
This week, allyearroundyurt.com launches.

June weekends? Completely booked.
July is next - and right now, only one weekend is taken.
🎆 July 4th Weekend: Available. Bonus: Massanutten's Summer Jam is July 3rd - live music, food trucks, and one of the area's largest fireworks shows, just 5 minutes from the yurt.
☀️ The rest of July: Wide open.
If June taught us anything, it's that these weekends don't stay available long. June weekdays are still open too if you want a quieter midweek escape.
Sleeps 12. 2.5 hours from DC. 5.0 rated, top 5% of stays.

June won't stay open long.
May weekends? Gone in two days. Memorial Day? Booked. JMU Graduation? Filled.
The pattern is clear. If you're thinking about June - stop thinking, start booking.
Summer at the yurt: longer sunsets, hot tub evenings, fire pit nights, trails at their best. Everything you've been scrolling for.
