So looking at doing another trip to Ontario in July since we got our permits there. Our week long Quebec trips don’t start until August so we are looking at the Elliot Lake trails. Anyone ride that area? I see some of their trails are currently closed but hoping they will open by mid July.

We spent two days on the trails on the Mattawa Ontario system and that is a fantastic place for two full days of riding diverse trails! Everything from green rated roads to the black extreme trails which we did not venture on. We stayed at the Valois motel in a cabin because the trail is right across the road from it and they have a restaurant. Also there is Mattawa adventure camp, Mattawa River resort and le voyager and two rivers motels.
We are going back in July for another two days. Driving on Monday, riding Tuesday and Wednesday and driving home on Thursday. Most like July 13,14,15,16. Or possibly the following week same days. Happy to have you join us! Just pay your room and meals.

Well it’s time for Ken to get that brand new Defender HD11 dirty🤣. I told him it will never be that clean again! What a beautiful machine.
The bugs have awakened but still not terrible here in Mattawa Ontario.
Some breakfast and time to hit the trails! Hoping for a few more trips here this summer.

Technically we are not in Quebec but I can see it on the other side of the river where we are. Riding the Mattawa Ontario trails this weekend!
