A couple of awesome consolation prizes for a day of tarpon fishing! Caught some hammer speckled trout, a dozen sail cats, a 8ft sand tiger shark, sheepshead, a nice jack crevalle, and 2 STUD bull redfish. Awesome day on the water with some incredible people. A little sporty out on the big pond yesterday but still had a great time fishing with the old man and trying out some new stuff. First time trolling for bonito was a success and boy are they delicious! Sheep’s head and the endangered American red snapper are plentiful as ever with redfish, bluefish, flounder, sea bass, ringtails, and lizard fish mixed in!
