We listen to guests and something we’ve been asked for is a tv on the main level:) so now you can stream any of your favorite shows from the comfortable main floor sitting area.
**we also made the dining room table lights not flicker 😂

We just finished a huge project, all carpeting in upstairs and basement was replaced with the same LVP flooring as the main floor along with new carpet on steps.

Also a new main floor leather rocking chair, new calphalon pans, new bedding and towels!

Ready for a busy summer of rentals!

Made a quick stop to decorate for the family that is arriving to spend their Christmas at our place.
