Mcintosh Manor RV Park & Retreat

My wife and I had the privilege of staying at Mcintosh Manor RV Park & Retreat for the whole month of February while our home underwent reconstruction. The Manor was a step back in time and history with 5 large bedrooms with baths, tall ceilings, beautiful hardwood floors, a large dining room and living room, and a parlor, resembling an old smoking room. I will add that the large refurbished kitchen was the best appointed of any stay I have experienced. Beginning with two large stainless steel refrigerators, a large gas 6-burner stove, and a full complement of cooking and eating utensils, as well as a walk-in pantry.

Last but not least are the owners of The Manor, Laurie and Larry Wilkes. They were very friendly and accommodating in every sense. They even sponsored several events for guests in the RV Park. Be it sitting around the campfire or dinner at a local restaurant, it provided an opportunity to meet new friends.

The Manor is a pleasant surprise, and I would not hesitate to recommend this picturesque house for anyone’s next stay.
