Missing person --Rockcastle County**13-year-old Wynter B. Wagoner last seen in the Orlando area of Rockcastle County, October 14th, 2025, around 6:15 pm. She is 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 147 pounds, with long brown hair, blue eyes, both ears pierced, and her right nostril pierced.
