Third Monday Trade Days in McKinney, Texas is the oldest and largest monthly trade days/flea market in North Texas. With roots back to the old county-wide market that began in the 1870s in McKinney: It is located in the historic Buckner Community which was the first County Seat of Collin County.

Just got a sneak peek at the watercolor commission of .bluebungalow that painted! Amber is not only a super talented artist but she is also a former (& future) guest of the Airbnb. She left a cute sticker marketing piece at the house and we connected on Instagram where I discovered she did these home paintings. It's a great gift for anyone who owns a home, a closing gift or just because! We are also getting note cards made from this to leave for each guest.
