One thing we truly appreciate is open communication.
If you’re comparing quotes with Costco, “discount” cruise websites, online travel agencies, or another travel advisor, we simply ask that you let us know. There is absolutely no judgment… we understand that planning a vacation is an investment, and we want you to feel confident in your decision.
What many travelers don’t realize is that not all quotes include the same things. Room categories, refundable vs. non-refundable rates, transfers, promotions, onboard credit, cancellation policies, and the level of service after booking can vary SIGNIFICANTLY. When we know you’re comparing options, we can help you make sure you’re truly comparing apples to apples.
And please note — we DO NOT compete with fellow TAs from other hardworking travel agencies — their time is just as valuable as ours, and we respect that too much to compete for business.
We’d also like to share a little insight into how our business works. Unlike some travel professionals, our advisors do not charge discovery call fees or vacation planning fees. We invest our time researching, planning, answering questions, and building customized vacations with the understanding that, if we’re the right fit, you’ll choose to book with us.
Our advisors are compensated only when a trip is booked and traveled through Dreamers Do Travels. If you’re simply gathering quotes from multiple sources with no intention of booking through us, we kindly ask that you let us know upfront. That transparency allows everyone to make the best use of their time and ensures our advisors’ expertise is respected.
Our goal has never been to “win” a booking. Our goal is to provide exceptional service, honest advice, and help you book the vacation that’s truly right for you. If another option genuinely offers better value, we’ll tell you. We simply ask for the same honesty in return.
