In a wild scene yesterday on the Allegheny River outside of Acrisure Stadium, a Tiki boat tried to outrun authorities and make it to the North Shore. When asked why the Tiki boat refused to stop, the Captain said that he needed to make it to the Draft stage because Cruisin’ Tikis Pittsburgh is the #1 pick when it comes to choosing a cruise on the Three Rivers.
