The Traveling Memorial Wall is Coming to Brandenburg!
Experience a powerful piece of history right here in our community. The Traveling Memorial Wall—a massive, 360-foot replica of the iconic memorial wall in Washington, D.C.—is making its way to Brandenburg. Stretching the length of an entire football field, this is a profound tribute you definitely won't want to miss.

It will be here Wednesday, July 2nd – Sunday, July 5th.
Located at Brandenburg Telephone Company.
Open to the public for viewing throughout its stay.

Our memorial Ceremony is Friday, July 3rd at 10:00 a.m.

A 300-foot-wide, 2,000-pound American flag has been draped over the Hoover Dam to mark America's 250th anniversary. We began installing the Veterans' Banners today! Seeing them finally hanging was every bit as moving as I imagined. Even the light drizzle couldn't dampen the mood; honestly, it felt quite peaceful.

​If you’re out and about, please drive by and take a look at these beautiful tributes to our local heroes.

A huge shout-out to the Mayor and the City of Brandenburg crew. They were braving the rain today to make sure our veterans are honored.
