We have 3 Bedrooms with an extra 4th roll away bed, 2 full bathrooms both with tub and showers, washer & dryer, and internet service.

It's still a work in progress. We're in the process of arranging to build a front porch with a ramp for handicap access, and a back deck to watch the beautiful sunrise in the East.

The fresh air is addictive and I leave a package of delicious Mississippi Grogg coffee made in Dubuque, Iowa for the coffee drinkers and bottled water in the fridge. ☕

It's almost time to start booking short term rental dates. I have to admit that it's hard to let it go. Everything is set up for short term rental only. Absolutely no parties and we're only allowing up to 10 people to occupy the cottage at a time.
