The Winery At Long Show Farm
The Winery at the Long Shot Farm is Cumberland County’s first winery with their own vineyard, offering estate-bottled wine.Through CAEDC's Tourism Product Development Grant, Long Shot Farm was able to renovate their barn into the tasting room it is today.
“We have been growing grapes and berries in the Cumberland Valley for many years, and we are so thankful for the generous support from CAEDC, allowing us to share our passion for making wine,” said Tina Weyant, co-owner of the family-owned and operated winery.
On Thursday, CAEDC along with Volvo Construction Equipment North America, Cumberland Valley School District, and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College offered a look a new Heavy Equipment Transportation & Logistics Program, aimed to focus on the growing needs of employers in Cumberland County.
