Travel tip Tuesday!

When you renew your U.S. passport through Online Passport Renewal you do NOT need to mail in your old passport, BUT remember that your old passport will be automatically cancelled and CANNOT be used for international travel (even before your new one arrives). Make sure you are on the official ‘.gov’ site before applying.

This past week, I was able to be a part of a community giveback along side other advisors and travel industry members. ALG Vacations has sponsored a local school in Miches, Dominican Republic this year. Through a few giveback days and donations collected they (us) have helped update the school where it has so desperately needed.

A few photos of my personal day giving back and putting in some sweat equity to the school. A very humbling experience.

The 90 minute transfers from the airport is well worth the calm cove that is free of sargassum seaweed AND an amazing backdrop view of the mountains.

Looking for a new travel destination?
Miches, Dominican Republic. Same, same but different than Punta Cana!
Miches is where you NEED to go next! St Lucia or Hawaii vibes with the mountain backdrop, calm and Sargassum FREE area since it’s in a cove on the island. Pure beauty!! The transfer from the airport to the resort is on paved roads with a gorgeous view all along the way! I have 2 resorts I visited this past week in Miches to share.
