Drive thru park with many stops. We spent 2 hours. Could have spent more. Dog friendly. Can take dogs on trails. Petroglyphs, petrified trees, Indian ruins.

San Marcos, Ca. To Boulder Junction, Wisconsin. First stop - Mojave National Perserve, California. Took a wrong turn. Long dusty road. Beautiful 🌵 desert campground with very clean pit toilets!
