As Rod Run weekend gets closer, here's a quick reminder of where the fun will be happening!

🌳 Friday, August 28: Join us at Janssen Park for registration, vendors, and the kickoff to an incredible weekend.
⛰️ Saturday, August 29: Head up the mountain to Queen Wilhelmina State Park for the car show, awards, vendors, and all the excitement that makes Rod Run a tradition 51 years strong.

"The Arkansas Arts Council is bringing a FREE professional development event for artists to Mena on Sept. 19-20. This is part of the Arkansas Arts Council's ongoing efforts to incorporate the arts into the experience outdoor recreation and parks. We recently had a standing-room-only workshop on how artists could capitalize on connecting with city and community leaders to bring the arts into tourism. This event is meant to expand that conversation and connect Mena artists with the regional, multi-state arts organization, Mid-America Arts Alliance."
