"We have made rapid progress and have passed all framing and roof inspections. The structure is wrapped and we have started rough electrical / hvac and plumbing work.

I thought I'd share the attached picture with you - the two projects started at the same time. The one on the right is ours, and uses pre-engineered frames. The one on the left is being built with stick framing. You can see how far we have come, while the project with stick framing doesn't even have the exterior walls up. Plus, we used a crew of three framers and they have a crew of nine. This is one of the ways we keep our costs low and offer competitive pricing to our customers."
