This 1830 farmhouse is a quaint 4 bedroom house nestled on 20 acres of meadows. It sits on a quiet street that is plowed regularly right off of Route 4. You will feel like you are in the middle of the Vermont Countryside but you are only 9 miles to K-1 lodge, 3 Miles to Pico and in close proximity to Killington's access road and all grocery, gas and nightlife that Rutland has to offer. Heated entry way and place to store all gear. Kitchen with laundry and attached mudroom. Laundry Room in kitchen with a mudroom right next to it. Large Living room with pellet stove. Large Queen Bedroom
The only negative is that there is only one stand up shower downstairs. (Upstairs only has a powder room. )
