Southwest Airlines has officially ended its long-standing “Bags Fly Free” policy, despite previous promises from the CEO never to do so. The move stunned loyal customers and stripped away one of the carrier’s biggest selling points over rivals like American and JetBlue — especially since Southwest still lacks premium cabins, airport lounges, and decent inflight Wi-Fi.

However, travelers have discovered a loophole. By booking flights through Southwest Vacations with a car rental bundle, customers can still get two free checked bags — even if they don’t end up using the car. The trick works only on round-trip, cash bookings (not points), but often costs the same or less than booking flights directly on Southwest’s website. Frequent flyers say this hack restores much of the value Southwest took away.

So while “Bags Fly Free” is gone, smart passengers have found a way to make it true again — at least for now.

While many Americans consider camouflage clothing a fashion statement, parts of the world view it very differently.

"Currently, 18 countries regulate camouflage patterns and clothing, making wearing it illegal," according to World Population Review.

"Most of the Caribbean island nations have restricted its use. Antigua and Barbuda and Barbados. Also, the Hispania islands of Dominica and Jamaica have banned the print outside the military. The Leeward Islands of Saint Lucia, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Grenada, Trinidad, and Tobago have made it illegal to wear camouflage."
