The café itself is absolutely BEAUTIFUL. This is a quick service location, but it feels much more elevated and immersive than your average theme park fast food.

On this day back in 2007, Gran Fiesta Starring the Three Caballeros opened at EPCOT’s Mexico pavilion. It replaced a similar style ride. It is one of those attractions people often stumble upon accidentally. And then ride again.
