We were thrilled to welcome Findlay, Ohio historian Shelly Coonrod to Mercersburg last week! Her presentation brought to life Mercersburg brothers William, James, and John Findlay, who would all serve on national levels in the US government in the 19th century, along with stories of other prominent family members in Ohio and beyond.

We were also excited to welcome Findlay descendant Steve Findlay and his wife Kathy.

Thank you to Betty Jane Lee for organizing this special event for the Mercersburg Historical Society!
