IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT DEPARTING TOMORROW... If you know anyone in the group please advise them as well about the pick up time for tomorrow.

**Please settle all bills at the front desk tonight by midnight so this does not delay our checking out tomorrow & pick up leaving times.

***Please have your luggage ready to go by 9:30am, when you have it ready call the bell boy from your room phone button and let them know your bags are ready to go.... They will come and get them. PLEASE keep all valuable things w/ you including your money, passports & electronics do not send this off with the bell boys..

****Please be in the lobby area main upper part by 10:30am ready to go and already checked out.

***** The bus again that brought us over will be picking us all back up leaving here by 10:45am... Please do not be late we will leave with out you and you will be responsible for paying the cab back to the airport- over $100... So be there on time..

I'm currently checking everyone back in today at 2:40pm for our flight leaving here arriving in BWI at 5:45pm.
You will need your passport & the white square paper for southwest to leave the country. If you lost yours don't stress they will have them at the Southwest terminal.

Your bus will be waiting for you to go back to Shade Gap at the Arrival section of the airport by door #18- I will be with everyone to make sure you get loaded ok. .Also at this same door will be the bus to take those that parked at the hotel, and will help get those back there as well.

Attention All Seasons Group in Excellence El Carmen PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS buying tours from anyone on the beach DO NOT GIVE THEM CASH you may never see the tour. Ask to have it billed to your room if they refuse be cautious remember Olympus Tours is in the lobby and has insurance. Please just be cautious. I don’t want anyone to loose money or be hurt. Please go as a group do not leave the resort on your own. Thank you!!!
