🚀 Artemis II Launch Update

We are incredibly excited for the upcoming Artemis II mission — a truly historic moment as humans return to deep space for the first time in over 50 years.

At this time, all of our launch viewing tours are fully booked, and we are no longer adding additional boats.

But please don’t be discouraged — this is a shared, once-in-a-generation event, and there are still amazing ways to experience it.

We highly recommend heading to the SR-528 bridge area between Port Canaveral and Merritt Island, or the beach near Jetty Park, both of which offer excellent public viewing opportunities.

Bring your chairs, snacks, coffee — and settle in early. The entire Space Coast will be coming together to witness this incredible moment.

There’s something special about experiencing a launch like this surrounded by thousands of others, all looking up at the same sky.

🎅🌊 Celebrating the Annual Surfing Santas Event! 🌊🎅

Every Christmas Eve, Cocoa Beach transforms into a festive spectacle as hundreds of Surfing Santas hit the waves, bringing holiday cheer to our beautiful coastline.

This year, the event was a resounding success, with around 10,000 spectators gathering to watch approximately 800 Surfing Santas showcase their skills.

The Surfing Santas event, now in its 16th year, has become a beloved tradition on Florida's Space Coast, combining the local surfing culture with the festive spirit of Christmas.

We were thrilled to capture these moments and share in the joy and excitement that this unique event brings to our community.

“Captain Russ was a great tour guide and knew his way around the lagoon. On our tour we didn’t see any manatees. We were most interested in seeing and swimming with dolphins, so that was ok. We saw many dolphins in their habitat. Unfortunately, when we got in the water, the dolphins weren’t really interested in hanging out. Regardless of that fact, we had a great time on the pontoon boat and learned about the fish and other wildlife. We managed to score a handful of conch shells too! The one I found was covered in barnacles. I cleaned it up when we got home and they look beautiful! I definitely recommend this tour.”

“This trip started out a little unexpected… we drove to a park with a boat launch on Merritt Island, where we met our boat and guide. I guess I expected to go to a business and not a dock in a park where a boat was waiting, but it worked out just fine. We left promptly at 8:15AM and headed over to the Canaveral Barge Canal, then the Indian River Lagoon/Lock, and then back to the canal. Along the way, we saw plenty of dolphins and a couple of manatees, so the trip was a success! If you can catch the manatees or dolphins in the shallower canal waters, they’re much easier to see and view. The weather was perfect - partly cloudy and breezy. It was a perfect day. I was admittedly a little overwhelmed with all of the choices online for dolphin tours, but this one was great and we were happy we chose Dolphin Family Tour. I would book them again - highly recommend Dolphin Family Tours. Our driver/guide was super knowledgeable.”
