Dirk van Leenen, a Native of Holland, has spent much of his life working with flowers and getting to know the beautiful landscape, history and terrain of the Netherlands. More interesting, however, are the villages like Giethoorn, Staphorst and Hindeloopen, Edam and Alkmaar, Delft and Apeldoorn. These are places where people still live in the Middle Ages and wear their village costumes.
