Wannabe Farms We are now a Food Truck!! Our truck will bring you the freshest local food to Las Cruces NM. The first seasonal FoodTruck bringing Farm to Table to the SW!

A 3 acre piece of paradise in the middle of the desert. We grow fresh produce and pecans, and make handmade jewelry out of recycled bottle caps and we have to admit all of our blood, sweat, and tears go into making this farm what it is and much more and as many of you know. We also use the farm to support our local music scene as well as our Blues and Roots music family. We started with Tammyfest

and hope to have much more of that to come. We hope to make the farm as big as a good friend of our's Casey Weber's "Webers Deck" and bring Blues and Roots music to all of the SW desert. We also provide a place to stay and a home made meal to the musicians traveling through or stopping for a show. It's the best place to stop between TX and the west coast or visa versa. We are also building a food truck to feed the masses. We are bringing fresh street food from our farm to a street near you...We are now at the Old Mesilla Farmers & Crafts Market every Friday & Sunday from 11am to 4 pm. Please come out and visit us. We are usually right in front of El Patio Bar on the plaza.

Pop-Up at y’all! Going to be doing my take on the “Smash Burger” 🍔 We have been doing Smash Burgers since we started the FoodTruck and before the craze. And we got our Vegan Asada Tacos making an appearance as well. We will start serving up the yumminess at 6 and go till about 9. Come help us out to get to that finishing goal to fixing the Truck! Just wanted to keep you in the loop with what we got going on here with the FoodTruck. 1st Thank you to everyone that has donated so far. We are very close to making goal in our gofundme and we are going to keep it open for two more weeks. The link is in our bio, please check it out. And everyone that donated at ! Our music family is so awesome! We love you all dearly💚 2nd Check out our progress in the pictures as we have taken a whole lot of wires, hoses, and all kinds of other stuff off the truck. We have an engine and transmission so we are going to work our tails off to get this put together! 🛠️🚐 3rd Please keep a lookout for our new adventure. We are planning a “Supper Club” in the Mesilla Valley. A concept of a high end multi-course meal in amazing locations in the beautiful place we call home. We will have more info real soon…🍽️🌅

and Matt are amazing people!! They wanted to help us out with the FoodTruck and donated these shirts to help us raise some funds for that engine for the truck. This community we have behind us is absolutely incredible and makes me so humbled. So Dm us here if you would like one. They are $25 and we have sizes Small- 3XL and in colors green and black, and all proceeds go towards the FoodTruck. I will also be taking them out to too if you would like to buy one out there. Our first Pop-up is happening tonight!! Come out to for the new art opening of Looking Back Moving Forward. This is very fitting as we are moving forward with the FoodTruck. We will have limited amounts of food tonight so come out and hang with your local peeps in an amazing atmosphere! We will start at 6 and everything will go into the account to fix that truck. We have been part of this beautiful community for 9 years in Las Cruces NM and we don’t want to give up yet! We want to keep the only farm to table establishment open for years to come. Anything will help us get everything we need to fix this old girl. We will also be doing some pop-ups here locally so keep an eye out because these will be totally different menus. And thank you to Liz Sloan McGovern and Walk This Earth Music Festival we will have a donation jar there as well. So when it rains it really does pour…Welp folks this one might take me a little while to figure out and fix. Thank you to all the amazing people who came out to see us these last two days but this big ol’ girl just said she needed some work and now I got to fix the intake manifold. I might even need some of yall help. I’ll keep you posted but as for now I really don’t know when we can be back out and I do really appreciate everyone who came out. Much love 😢

Our Story

We are Las Cruces first Farm to Table Food Truck. Our strongest belief is shop local, eat local and support local we do our best to do all of that and provide our customers with the best service and food that we possibly can. As our name says we started off as a farm and now do the best we can to support our local farmers because we understand the hard work that goes into everything they do and because of their hard work we are able to provide vegetarian and vegan options it also allows us to cater to different dietary needs. Visit us at one of our many locations around Las Cruces and experience farm to table southwest style.
