St. Martin's Goes To Washington

Parents and Students,

It is with a heavy heart I inform you that our Washington DC trip will be postponed out of caution due to developments surrounding the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19). I have already contacted EF Explore America and we are working on an alternative date of travel through their Peace of Mind Program (https://www.efexploreamerica.com/help-center/the-basics/peace-of-mind-program). The specifics of that are yet to be confirmed, as it is a quickly developing situation. I was informed by EF that those unable to attend the rescheduled trip and had the regular Travel Insurance would be issued travel vouchers that can be applied towards another EF trip. Those that purchased the upgraded Anytime Insurance and are unable to attend may cancel at any time and receive a refund, minus the cost of the insurance and enrollment fee.

These are extraordinary circumstances, and I am sure we all share in the disappointment. I look forward to doing our best to reschedule this trip and will be in touch soon with more details as they become available.
