You will love eating outside, watching the children run around on the large property, all while watching the sun go down. From house to beach it is a quick 5 minute walk or 1 minute drive to the white sandy beaches of Mexico Beach. No need to take a mountain of supplies to the beach, just simply come and go as you please. When you return from the beach, there is a private outdoor shower conveniently located just for you and your family. Thank you for following this page! I wanted to share with you a few exciting updates we have made to the property.

New Improvements:
- Our house now sleeps 9 people!
- Florida Room is now a Kids Room w/ bunk beds, pacman arcade, foosball table, a Nintendo Switch and a large screen TV!
- New front porch chairs
- New outdoor dining set underneath the pole barn
- New Charcoal grill
