Shell Shack, next door to complex, offers fresh locally caught seafood for grilling, or they will season and steam your order and pack it ready to go. They have the best steamed shrimp and yummy smoked tuna dip (tuna dip goes as fast as they make it). Great souvenirs, shells, and beach clothing. Just walk across the street to the beautiful quiet beaches of Mexico Beach. Front balcony with small table and chairs is perfect for morning coffee with views of Gulf water. Beautifully decorated unit with two master suites. King with canal views and private doorway to canal balcony, separate shower and garden tub. The second en-suite has queen and Gulf views. Third bedroom has two full size beds and hallway bath. All bedrooms have TV's and living room has a 55" TV w/Bose sound bar. Located just outside the unit entrance door is an outdoor beach equipment room with beach cart, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc for your beach days. There is room for your additional gear including bikes, fishing rods, etc. There is an additional storage room on the canal balcony. In hallway closet are beach towels for use during your stay. There are two parking spots assigned to the unit, an elevator and handy cart to tote items to the unit. This 3rd floor condo gives you wonderful views, easy beach access, quick access to Gulf boating and fishing. Come play at Dockside Paradise in Mexico Beach! Renters will have access to our private covered boat slip with electricity and water. Boat slip is 11' wide. Mexico Beach Canal Bridge that leads to the Gulf has an overhead clearance of 12 feet.

The Villas is a quiet 14 unit condo complex next door to Shell Shack. Dockside Paradise, a lovely 3br, 3 ba one level, 3rd floor corner unit. Spacious set-up with well stocked kitchen and comfy beds. Want to see Fireworks for the 4th in our area?

In Mexico Beach, fireworks start at 8:30pm CDT. The impressive display will be visible all along the beach. The fireworks are shot from the jettys at the end of Canal Parkway.

In Port St. Joe, the show starts at 10:00 PM EDT (that’s 9:00 pm in slow time). They’ll be shot off from George Core Park. You can watch from anywhere along the Bay.
