We are excited to share our newest adventure with our friends:
On our visits to the "Forgotten Coast" earlier this year, we enjoyed the peacefulness of the Gulf Coast beaches so much that we chose this lovely condo knowing others would enjoy the beautiful sunsets as much as we have! CLICK on the link below to see pictures & renal info!

It is with mixed emotions that we are announcing we have sold our condo and closed as of yesterday, June 29th. It was a difficult decision when we chose to put it on the market last year, but knew it was time for us to make a change.

We purchased 302 Summerhouse in 2011. If it hadn't been for our daughter, Lindsey Bryant, we would never have thought it possible for us to own a vacation condo. It was from her encouragement and all of her work in getting things set up for us to start renting, that we had our first renters in 2012. It has been a wonderful experience! Of course very challenging at times as with Hurricane Michael in 2018; but even after that, and Covid, we had more and more people come back. We love Mexico Beach and have made so many wonderful memories with our family and friends, and were blessed with such awesome people that have rented over the years... many who have returned time after time! We will definitely be returning to Mexico Beach ourselves. We want to express our deepest appreciation to all of you for your support.. We would not have been able to make it over these past 12 years without you!
