We are definitely waiting out the corona scare here in Puerto Rico San Juan surfing has come to a halt so we are doing any means possible to get out and move by doing yoga, core and stomach exercises and overall putting ourselves in a happy and grateful mood with our hands high in the air and our hearts high, walking with our shoulders back engaging the core and keeping the hips out swimming or paddling a surfboard whenever possible.
