🛳✨ Photo dump and a little info dump! This is just a little recap of our cruise and some of the things we enjoyed as a family! We went on a 4 night Bahamian cruise, first time for my parents, sister and brother-in-law. We're definitely all looking forward to another one!

Here are some of the things that we loved:
Family time: there are lots of opportunities to spend time together. From the dinners to pool time and shows, it's so easy to do things as a family!

Verandah: I will ALWAYS recommend booking a verandah stateroom. We requested our verandah partitions to be removed so we could all sit outside. Every night (seriously, every night), we ordered room service and had either w**e or ch*****ne and had a great time just chatting. It was truly one of the highlights!

Have fun but still relax: There are tons of options on the ship- watch live shows, play Bingo, trivia, animation, go to the pools, have drinks, book port excursions. You can make your vacation as adventurous or relaxing as you'd like!

Palo Brunch: This is an adults-only dining and well...I'll have to do a separate post about this. It was amazing!

Bars and Lounges: Another adults-only highlight! There are several themed bars onboard the Destiny: DeVil's, The Sanctum, Haunted Mansion Parlor, The Rose, Cask and Cannon- and they ALL have different vibes and drinks. A Disney cruise CAN be for adults!

🕷️ 🕸️ Happy Spider-Man day!

One of the cool things about Disney cruises is you can have fun with Marvel characters! The newest class of ships (Wish, Treasure, Destiny) all have the restaurant Worlds of Marvel, where Spider-man is a part of your dining experience!

You also have meet and greet opportunities throughout your cruise- my daughter was SO excited, Spider-man even helped her get her web-slinger pose just right!

Fun fact: Disney Destiny has Spider-Man as the stern character and even greeted us when we boarded. And the Destiny will have much more opportunities to interact with other Marvel characters.

Disney Cruise Line is also has Marvel Day at Sea, where you have a whole day full of Marvel entertainment, treats, activities and character meets and greets that you won't find anywhere else.

There is so much Disney Cruise Line offers for your whole family- this is just one example of that!

🌟 Meet the Maker Behind the Magic!

Hi friends! It’s been a while since I’ve shared some fun facts about myself and with some new faces following my page, I figured it’s time!

I'm a travel agent with We Do Travel Right and I'm so lucky to work with some amazing people! We work together to make sure YOU have the best vacation ever. (Book with me and you'll see just why and how 😉)

🌟I grew up in Chicago and my family is still there, so we love going back to visit- I miss it very much! I go back every year in October to run the Chicago Marathon; this will be my 12th year running it!
🌟I’ve been living in Miami for 10 years and that means, trips to Disney World are just a short drive away for me! Visiting regularly for this long has allowed me to experience all the changes Disney goes through and has made me an expert in navigating the parks and resorts!
🌟I’m a mom and seeing Disney and travel through my daughter’s eyes has been such a blessing and I’m very grateful that we’ve been able to give her those opportunities, just as my parents did with me. I love that I can help families like your own make the best memories without the guesswork.
🌟I have a confession to make, while I love Disney Parks, I’ve been converted to a Disney cruise lover…yes, it’s true. (Sometimes I think I’d prefer a cruise over parks *gasp*). It’s truly a perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, family time, and so much Disney magic. My husband and my daughter both loved Disney Cruise vacations for different reasons- goes to show that they can be for everyone!

✨I'm a pro and I'm ready to talk all things Disney. Let's be real, planning one of these trips is not a simple task and it's so easy to get overwhelmed. You don't *have to * look through all the things out there- a Disney vacation has SO MANY components that require your own personal preferences, not just the information that is scattered out there for you to try and piece together.

Things you may not consider when thinking about a Disney trip:
-breakfast, lunch, dining times
-when to schedule a break for your family
-resort proximity to the parks
-transportation options
-scheduling your park days
-park day strategy (how rides, shows, breaks, food breaks factor in)
-lightning lane guide (what are they, how do I book, how much is the cost)
-do this vs. that
-promotions that work or don't
-news that affect your trip
-the intricacies of tossing in a park outside of Disney
-things to prioritize (because you DON'T need to do it all)
- what works for your toddler, 5 year old, 10 year old, teen...
..the list can go on!
