I seriously can’t wait to see what Hard Rock Vallarta looks like once the renovations are finished!

When I had the chance to meet with the team from AIC Hotel Group and tour the property before the remodel started, they were nice enough to give me a sneak peek at some of the upcoming design renderings. I can’t share them just yet, but I can tell you this: if what I saw is any indication, this resort is going to look amazing!

Hard Rock Vallarta is set to reopen on December 17, 2026, and will be available for 2027 wedding groups. With a fresh new look, upgraded spaces, and all the buzz around the grand reopening, I expect wedding dates and group space to book up fast. Plus, those gorgeous, colorful sunsets that Mexico’s west coast is known for make it easy to see why so many couples will fall in love with this destination.

If you’ve been dreaming of a destination wedding at Hard Rock Vallarta, now’s a great time to start planning. Let’s get your date locked in before the best options are gone! Today I had the pleasure of touring UNICO 20°105°, and I am so grateful to have been personally invited to experience this amazing resort firsthand.

Not only did I get to explore the property, but I also had the opportunity to meet with the resort's management team and wedding department to learn more about everything they offer guests, couples, and wedding groups. There is something special about seeing a resort through the eyes of the people who help bring every vacation and celebration to life.

If relaxation is what you're looking for, this resort absolutely delivers. From the moment you arrive, the atmosphere is calm, peaceful, and effortlessly luxurious. The vibe is laid back, sophisticated, and perfect for travelers looking to unplug, unwind, and enjoy every moment.

One of my favorite parts of the resort was the rooftop. The views are absolutely incredible, offering the perfect vantage point to take in the beauty of the Pacific Ocean and its stunning sunsets. 🌅

After spending time with the wedding team, I can absolutely see why this resort is such an incredible option for an adults only destination wedding. The combination of breathtaking ocean views, intimate venues, elevated dining experiences, luxury accommodations, and a relaxed atmosphere creates the perfect setting for couples looking to celebrate with family and friends in paradise.

Just arrived at Hard Rock Vallarta today! 🌴🎸

I had a little time to check out my amazing room and enjoy the beautiful view before meeting up with the group for drinks and dinner. There wasn't much time for exploring today, but first impressions are definitely positive.

Tomorrow is where the real work begins as we tour both Hard Rock Vallarta and UNICO 20°105°, plus participate in some in-person training sessions to learn even more about what these incredible resorts have to offer.

In less than 72 hours, I’ll be heading to the stunning Hard Rock Hotel Vallarta for an incredible firsthand experience diving deep into everything this amazing all-inclusive resort has to offer! 🌴☀️🍹

While I’m there, I’ll be touring not only the resort itself and its beautiful destination wedding venues, but also its sister property UNICO 20°105°. I’ll be meeting directly with destination wedding specialists and participating in in-person trainings to learn even more about the exclusive offerings available for both my wedding groups and individual clients.
