🌿 Hidden Gem Alert: North Georgia Wildlife Park & Safari! 🦙

You don't always have to travel across the world to find a fun animal encounter! Sometimes there are incredible experiences hiding practically in your own backyard. 🐾

📍 North Georgia Wildlife Park & Safari offers the chance to get up close with animals you don't normally encounter on an average day at the zoo—and apparently, some of them are VERY ready for their close-up. 😂

🐾 Plenty of opportunities to get up close and personal

It's one of those unexpected places that makes for a great day trip and proves that bucket-list experiences don't always require a plane ticket. ✈️

Throwback to visiting the Friends set and living out my Central Perk moment! 🎸☕

There are some TV shows that become more than just entertainment—they become part of the memories you grew up with. Getting to sit in such an iconic spot made this one of those fun travel experiences I couldn't pass up.

And yes... obviously I had to grab the guitar and have my own Smelly Cat debut! 🎶

There’s something about seeing an iconic landmark in person that never gets old. ✈️

📍 Cloud Gate (aka “The Bean”) in Millennium Park is one of those places you’ve seen in photos a million times… but of course, you still have to get the picture when you’re there. 😂

And apparently, the secret to getting The Bean almost completely to yourself is visiting Chicago when it’s freezing! 🥶🤣

🚢 Don't book your flights too close to your cruise departure.
A delayed flight could mean missing your ship—and cruise ships don't wait.

💡 My recommendation:
🛳️ Fly in at least one day before your cruise whenever possible.
You'll have:
✅ Less stress
✅ A backup if flights are delayed
✅ Time to explore your embarkation city

⚠️ I've had clients miss a significant portion of their cruise because their flight was delayed. Don't let that happen to you!

🇫🇷 France: Would I Go Back?
✅ Yes... but not for Paris.

I know that's probably an unpopular opinion. 😅

The architecture was beautiful, the Eiffel Tower was impressive, and lunch at Madame Brasserie was delicious. But overall, Paris just didn't wow me enough to make me want to come back.

Next time, I'd skip the big city and explore places like Normandy, the French Alps, or the Alsace villages instead.

✈️ My office isn't always four walls.

One of the best parts about being a travel advisor is that I can help my clients from just about anywhere.

While waiting for my next flight, I'm answering emails, reviewing itineraries, comparing options, confirming reservations, and making sure everything is ready before my clients travel.

Most people only see the finished vacation.

What they don't see are the hours spent researching, planning, checking details, and solving problems before they ever happen.
That's the part I love.
