In the afternoon we will have a one in a life time opportunity to learn first -hand how to cook real Moroccan food. Being at the cross roads of many civilizations the cuisine of Morocco is a fusion of arab, berber, Moorish, French, Middle eastern, Iberian and Jewish influences. it is simply GOOD! Today we will make Tagine, a slow-cooked stew braised at low temperature with fruite and spices in a heavy clay pot resulting in a tender meat with aromatic sauce. we will learn how to cook Moroccan salads. You'll see how easy it's going to entertaining and impressing your friends at home.

After joyful dinner we will return to the hotel for the night.

Day 3: After a healthy breakfast we will be heading out of our Riad and dive into the souk of Marrakech( market) as part of the cultural experience. An endless network of tortuous covered alleyways. The stalls are infinite, stretching out along the labyrinth creating a true maze. Hundreds of merchants jeer at you as you pass by, calling to you to inspect their merchandise, which ranges from rainbow assorted babouche slippers, towering heaps of spices, heaps Berber and nomad jewelery, little cedar boxes, pashmina scarves and endless miles of textiles, assorted silver teapots, rugs, kaftans and carpet rugs.
