Staff going old school. They transported a dingy by airboat to Tear Iand, then poled their way in, determined to the cut the grass.

Being in a drought all these months, the grass has gotten very tall.

Recently Buffalo Tiger Airboats and Miccosukee Tribe Airboats, had the opportunity to take out Robin Roberts of Good Morning America to film in the Everglades for their America’s 250 Anniversary special highlighting 7 wonders. The Florida Everglades was #3 on their list.

Along with National Geographic Explorer Carlton award, Miccosukee Tribal member Betty Osceola was interviewed about conservation and protection of the Everglades ecosystem.
